  • I am a very proud Buckeye of The Ohio State University!  After receiving my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from OSU, I briefly taught science to 7th and 8th graders at St. Albert the Great in North Royalton.  I have loved teaching preschool for the past 18 years!  I am beginning my seventh year as Director of Hobbitts Preschool.  In addition, I have been the lead teacher for the Pre-K class for the past five years.
  • I married my college sweetheart 35 years ago and have enjoyed raising our four children ~ three daughters and a son!  Our oldest daughter and son-in-law just blessed us with our first grandson ~ Jonah.  My husband and I currently live in Hudson while only two of our children remain in the area.  We have a daughter living in Virginia and a son in North Carolina.  I love traveling to visit our children, reading inspirational fiction, and taking walks with our dog Lucy.  I also love stepping into Hobbitts every morning.  It’s a beautiful place with beautiful people.

  • I live in Brecksville with my husband, Dick, and our three children John (18), Maura (16), Charlie (12), and also with our dog Riley!  I enjoy volunteering at Assumption Academy and Our Lady of the Elms High School, spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and walking.  I am looking forward to another year at Hobbitts Preschool!

  • I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Penn State.  Most of my course work was dedicated to the education of young children from infancy through third grade.  I have been working with children my entire adult life in many different capacities and educational settings both professionally and as a volunteer.
  • This fall I will be starting my fourth year at Hobbitts as the lead teacher for all the three-year-old classes.  Each year brings new challenges and amazing experiences.  I am also looking forward to developing and teaching our brand new Passport 2 Discovery enrichment class this year.
  • I have been married for twenty-two years and have two children, a daughter who is sixteen and a son who is twelve.  We have resided in Broadview Heights for six years.  We share our home with three small dogs and a bunny.  I am an avid reader, love live music and enjoy interior design and decoration, however, my greatest love outside of family, friends, and work would have to be my horse Niko.  I spend a great deal of my free time at the barn playing and working with horses.

  • I have been married for 33 years to my husband Carm and we have a son, Brian, who is 22 years old.  We recently built a home in Hinckley and have really been enjoying it.  Walking my dog, bird watching, going to Florida, reading, and of course working at Hobbitts are just a few of my favorite things to do!

  • I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University where I met my husband of 25 years.  I have worked as a hospital nurse and a school nurse.  I have held my most important job as Mom since 1990.  I have three children, a 21-year old daughter, a 16-year-old son, and a 13-year-old daughter.
  • My family resides in Broadview Heights where I am actively involved in Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, high school marching band, and our church.  I am starting my fourth school year at Hobbitts as the teacher assistant for the three-year-old classes.  I hope to help children grow and learn in a caring and fun environment.  I really enjoy interacting with the three-year-olds and seeing their development and mastery of new skills as the school year progresses.
