Parent Board

The Parent Board was designed to allow parents an opportunity to become actively involved in their child’s preschool.  Their contributions are great ~ volunteering their time and talents.  The board members have an opportunity to express the wants and needs of all the Hobbitts families.  They become the pulse of our school.  Their participation on the board makes all the difference!

Secretary    
Lauren Fisher

• The secretary is responsible for sending out the summer mailing and preparing the Hobbitts Hotlines.  The Hotlines serves as the Hobbitts newsletter and is emailed every month.

Field Trips & Special Events Coordinator   
Nichole Frantzis

• The field trip & special events coordinator arranges field trips and events throughout the year.  She makes sure that all arrangements have been made and that the director, teachers and parents are informed of the upcoming event.  She is responsible for preparing permission slips for the parents and distributing them. 

Fund Raising Coordinator  
Sara Dolezal

• The fund raising coordinator is in charge of all fund raising efforts.  She organizes and participates in all the events.  Some of the fund raisings efforts include the Kid Stuff Coupon Books, and Election Day Bake Sale in November.

Scholastic Books Coordinator  
Alyssa Ganim

• The Scholastic Book Coordinator is responsible for preparing Scholastic online order information.  She submits the orders to Scholastic Books and awaits the book shipment.  Once the orders arrive at Hobbitts she organizes the books and distributes them to the appropriate families.
